Each Orange Moon offering is handcrafted using fresh botanicals, mineral salts, butters, and oils. Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns. This helps us uphold product integrity, freshness, and sanitation.

We care deeply that your order arrives beautifully and that your experience with Orange Moon is special. If something arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@orangemoonbathco.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

If a scent or product doesn’t feel aligned for you, please feel free to reach out. While we are unable to accept returns for these reasons, we are always happy to offer store credit or help you find something better suited to your ritual.

To begin a refund or replacement request, please email hello@orangemoonbathco.com and include:

  •  your order number
  • a brief note describing the issue
  • a photo, if applicable

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund once it has been submitted.
